Novan Regulars Centurion Main Battle Tank (Aeneas) - £8.50

Citation :

The centurion main battle tank is the most common tank used by Novan regular forces in the field a rugged and heavily armoured design it has been built to be a reliable and easy to operate vehicle capable of going long periods of time between maintenance cycles making it the perfect machine to equip Tusculum Nova’s armoured divisions.

The designs has seen many weapon fits over the years but the most common armaments (hector configuration) are a regular tank cannon in the turret backed up by a fixed forward hull mounted laser cannon. In addition the hull sides can be configured to mount a sponson weapon most commonly a HMG for close in anti personnel protection.

The Aeneas is the lighter brother of the Hector configuration. Its 120mm cannon is replaced for a lighter variant. Ironically, this weapon was originally designed to be mounted on the Warrior Infantry Fighting Vehicle as an anti-fortification weapon. This has proven very ineffective, which led the Novan military to rethink their design. The cannon was mounted on a Centurion hull, its decrease in weight gave it more speed than the other configurations. Most Centurions armed with the Aeneas configuration also sacrifice their sponson-mounted tertiary weapons to decrease even more weight, allowing it to travel faster and for longer distances.

The Agamemnon configuration is the follow-up design of the Ajax configuration. Its primary weapon is replaced for a mortar which has a much longer range than conventional Siege Cannons carried by the Ajax configuration or the Hammer Support Tank. Secondary and tertiary weapons, like the Ajax configuration, are primarily meant to take out thick armour. The Agamemnon often sees the secondary laser cannon and tertiary Plasma Cannons replaced for Microwave Projectors.

The Turnus configuration, like the Patroclus configuration, was developed during the Skinner Rebellion. Like its automatic cannons armed brother, the Turnus is highly effective against horde enemies such as the Skinnerz or civilian rebellions. But whereas the Patroclus is specialised in taking out lightly armoured targets and light vehicles, the Turnus’s purpose is to eliminate vast amounts of enemy infantry. Its Heavy rotary cannon is the big brother of multi-barrelled weapons sometimes mounted on the Novan Elites Scorpion Tank. For extra close range support against enemy infantry, commanders often replace the hull-mounted laser cannon for a flamethrower.

A more recent development within the Novan military, the Odysseus configuration uses primary and tertiary weapons normally used by the Novan Elites. Based on the Disruptor Annihilator of the Novan Elites Dominator Super Heavy Tank, the Odysseus carries a turret-mounted Heavy Disruptor Charger and two sponson-mounted Disruptor Cannons. Its secondary hull weapon is rather unconventional for the Centurion tank. Whilst most configurations are armed with laser cannons, the Odysseus carries a quick cycling pulse laser, a weapon normally reserved for the Warrior Infantry Fighting Vehicle.

Novan Regulars Centurion Assault Guns - £8.50

Citation :

The Centurion tank has seen many adaptions during its years of service, one such adaption omits the turret in favour of mounting a weapon system low down in the main hull in a fixed forward position. This configuration allows for a much heavier weapon to be mounted on the chassis, greatly reducing the overall silhouette of the vehicle. Two of the most common weapons utilised are the Hammer mortar and Hunter anti-tank laser cannon.

Novan Elites Eagle Dropship - £28.00

Citation :

The Novan Elites make use of many types of aircraft including fighters, bombers, shuttles, heavy landers and dropships, the Eagle is a medium class dropship capable of fighting its way past an orbital blockade to deliver a full Maniple of Elites infantry to a planetary surface under combat conditions. Heavily armed and armoured this aerospace craft is also a supremely powerful air asset in its own right. The main dorsal turret can be fitted with a variety of different weapon systems, including an accurate and hard-hitting heavy laser cannon, allowing it to engage heavily fortified orbital and surface positions, as well as enabling ground-support “pylon runs” to strike hardened surface targets. Secondary weapons include supplemental wing-mounted laser cannon and air to ground missile clusters. Close in defence and landing zone suppression is provided by automated heavy machine gun turrets. Even a single Eagle dropship is likely to prove to be an incalculably valuable asset to any Elites battle group.

Your flying machine is really nice but the price is steep. I'm not questionning quality, already have some cruisers/dreadnought and they are absolutely gorgeous.

We've been working on something a little bit different, basically experimenting with other shapes for ships whilst maintaining the familiar aesthetic.

This little craft is used by various security forces, pirates, and what not.

The model's current dimensions are 13mm wide, 15mm long, 20mm tall.

J'aimerai bien voir les tanks 3mm à côté des productions GW parce que, vu la taille des grands frères, il y a des chances qu'on puisse les utiliser avec les figs GW normales

Aucune chance à mon avis, le 3mm est vraiment TRES petit !

J'avoue être un peu moins tenté par la Winter Guard à cette échelle : j'ai un peu peur que la mise en couleur soit beaucoup plus compliquée que pour des Space Marines (un peu de brossage à sec, un ou deux lavis et quelques pointes de couleurs et zou).

La cavalerie est un poil statique et monobloc (je comprends cependant les impératifs de production).

Par contre j'attends les Skinners (Orks) avec impatience !

Les modèles 3mm fonctionnent parfaitement avec les anciens modèles Epic Titan.

Good news and bad news...

Let's start off with the bad news, just to get it over with.


The casts came in for the Novan Elites Felis class Stealth Ship. Somehow I've managed to overlook the fact that I've forgotten to add a port wing to the sprue. So the port wings have now been sent for printing and casting. Sadly enough it does mean the release of the Stealth Ship is delayed by several weeks.

Ok, so now that we've dealt with that...lets continue to the good news!
