Doing a very nice job casting your own minies The result is really good. Do you plan to do more guards like these?

Merci! @Basing They are in fact a bit brighter, I am a complete failure when it comes to photography. I want to use the same colours as my Nids, but I will base all infantry on 40x15mm bases. This allows me to put on some scenery without the base getting huge. I have this problem with my other Guard, where I used 40x20mm. I also used 40x20mm on my Necrons and my Tau, but I think it only works there because of the big scenery I put on the respective bases. Since I want to put primarily wood, tufts and some plants on these, 15mm depth should suffice. @More to come Yes indeed. I will release some infantry with "Ghillie Suits" (probably only 2-3 sculpts, something along standing, crouching with glasses and laying on the ground with a rifle) and some Veterans with Bush hats, big ass swords, plasma guns. Probably ggoing to feature around 5-6 sculpts so that each stand of my "Stormtroopers" won't include any doubles. I am not sure for the vehicles, though. I want a cool air transport, but I only have some Exodus Wars Valkyries and some Forge World Valkyries (which are huge!). Perhaps something hovering? Like these VTOL from avatar: The point is, I am a big Starcraft fan. So perhaps it is simply going to be the Medic aircraft And these for Vultures: Could work and would be pretty straightforward. Thoughts?

Fresh from Shapeways, just unboxed them a second ago! VTOL I have to beef up the fins at the tail for the final version, I just printed four of these for my Guard army. Probably gonna need a whole lot more for Vanaheim/Mirali. Ground Shrimps The god damned arms broke! I think I can fix this, but its going to take some time.

They are not available via Shapeways and will never be due to obvious reasons. The only thing availiable are my guns for the VTOL itself as they are IP free. https://www.shapeways.com/model/2606792/weapons-for-6mm-vtol.htmlKeep in mind that I have not yet printed the weapons, so do it at your own risk. Use Frosted Ultra Detail, all other materials are not good enough.

Is it me or are you making these models to "true scale"? If that's the case, that's really an amazing work!

I am making them not to true scale, just a tad bit bigger than the old ones but a bit smaller than the Forgeworld ones. I think the FW models are huge, more likely 10mm than 6mm. I just try to fit my stuff to fit my existing forumware. I painted some stuff, but it is far from finished. It still needs campaign markings, vehicle identification numbers, the Armored Otter Transports still need their company marking, weathering is missing... sigh. Also, which campaing badge for the army should I take? http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111022222354/warhammer40k/images/2/27/Army_Badges.jpg(pic found on warhammer40k.wikia.com ) More pictures after the European Championship, promised!
