Looking for specific army

I saw a very beautyful army in here and now cant seem to find it again.

The army had thematic bases, so when put together, side by side, it was a city, with streets, A fountain etc.
If I remember correctley it was A space marine army, but I am not quite sure.

Regarding the bases:
I clip all the round bases back to the figures' feet. This gets rid of the obvious circle shapes from any finished stand. Then, depending on whether I need a low profile (i.e. model will be set straight onto my 20x40mm stand with little texture around), I will shave off as much as possible from the height of the base. Extra care has to be taken so as not to snap the model at the legs! Often I'll try to design a scene around a theme that allows me to set models into Green Stuff, to avoid having to shave the base in this way.
